1.2 The Company provides shipping and delivery of Products all over India except under Non-Serviceable Zone. The Company aims to provide the best user experience for Users by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle User’s order in the best possible way and to ensure that Users have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that they have ordered from the Website. The Company makes all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to Users in a timely manner.
2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
2.1 By using the Website and/or initiating a request for purchase of Products on the Website, User agrees to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. If User do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, User is advised not to transact on the Website. Please note that, the Company may from time to time change the terms of this Policy. Every time User wishes to use the Website, please check this Policy along with Terms and Conditions to ensure that User understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
3. TIMEFRAME FOR SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
3.1 The Products are shipped the next day of receiving the order on the Website except in case of public holidays.
3.2 The Products are delivered within an estimated period of 7-10 working days from receiving the order.
3.3 The Company shall share details about User’s order pursuant to its dispatch on the e-mail ID provided by the User at the time of the registration.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES
4.1 The Company provides free shipping on all orders across India. The Company shall not charge any shipping or delivery charges from the Users with regard to their orders.
5. PLACE OF DELIVERY
5.1 The Company shall ship and deliver their Products all across India except under Non- Serviceable Zone (NSZ).
5.2 In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by the Company, the Company shall notify the User at the time of placing the order on the Website.
6. METHOD OF SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
6.1 The Company partners with third party logistics service providers (“Logistics Partners”) in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to the User.
6.2 The Company shall provide the details of the Logistics Partner on User’s registered email ID who will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of Product(s) at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistics Partner by the Company.
6.3 In the event the User is not available to accept the delivery of the Product, Logistics Partners will make a total of 5 attempts to reach out to the User on the registered mobile number. In the event the Logistics Partner is unable to deliver the Product due to non- availability of the User after 5 attempts, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products and the Product will be sent back to its original source. An intimation will be provided to the User by the Company on the registered email id and phone number. It is clarified that refunds, if any, will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date the Product reaches its original source via store credit. In order to receive the same Product, the User shall place the fresh order.
6.4 In the event the User requires to reschedule the delivery of the order, the User may do so within 3-5 from the estimated date of delivery. It is clarified that the user has only 3 attempts to reschedule the order.
6.5 In case the User wishes to return the Product, the user may do so in accordance with the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. DELAY IN DELIVERY
7.1 The User accepts and acknowledges that the delivery may be delayed on account of a Force Majeure Event which includes but is not limited to:
7.1.1 Circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control
7.1.2 Logistics issues beyond control;
7.1.3 Unsuitable weather conditions;
7.1.4 Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, curfew, lockdown, acts of terrorism, acts of any government or authority, fire, explosion etc.
7.1.5 Acts of God such as floods, fog, bad weather, earthquakes, pandemic, epidemic, etc.; and
7.1.6 Other unforeseeable circumstances.
7.2 In such events of delay, the Company shall send an intimation to the User’s registered email ID provided at the time of registration.
7.3 Further, the Company shall be under no obligation to compensate User for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.
8. ORDER TRACKING
8.1 The User shall receive a unique tracking identity number once the purchased Product is handed over to the Logistics Partner, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.
8.2 The User may use the tracking identity number on the Website to check the status and location of the purchased Product and its estimated time of delivery.
8.3 The Company engages third party service providers to effectuate deliveries of the Products and hence, the Company do not guarantee exact accuracy or correctness of the tracking status and the status may be subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and/ or other technical difficulties which are not in control.
