1. Return and Exchange
1.1 Products once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned for store credit, provided that the Products meet the terms and conditions herein.
1.2 The Products purchased are eligible for return or exchange if:
1.2.1 An incorrect Product has been delivered to User i.e. the Product does not match the Product in the order confirmation email.
1.2.2 If the Product received has a manufacturing defect.
1.2.3 If the Product received has a shipping defect.
1.2.4 The Product purchased by the User does not conform to the characteristics of features listed upon the Platform or otherwise agreed to in writing.
1.2.5 The Product purchased by the User is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of the Company’s control or any other force majeure.
1.3 The Products must be returned by the User within 10 working days from the date it is delivered to the User.
1.4 The Product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, freebies, if any and any other packaging intact sold as a part of the Product.
1.5 Any Product sought to be returned or exchanged must be unopened and sealed. Products found to be opened or missing invoice will not be qualified for return or exchange.
1.6 All exchanges including change of size of the Product are subject to availability and our specific confirmation.
1.7 The inventory kept is limited and therefore we do not always have all the sizes of the Product available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever the User shops with the Company the next time. Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. All condition applicable for the exchange of the Products shall also apply to the return of Products.
1.8 Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality inspection. In the event the Product to be returned satisfies the inspection/ testing, the User will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such Product which will be credited to the original account or mode of payment.
1.9 In the unlikely event that your Products arrive damaged, you must email us a picture of the damaged Product with the Bar Code at email@example.com, within 48 hours of receiving your order. The User shall be entitled for exchange of the damaged Product.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please note an order can only be cancelled before the dispatch of the Product . Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation request will be entertained. As part of usual business practice, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order after giving prior intimation and refund the entire amount back to the User, if the order has not been approved/ processed.
3.1 Refunds, if any, whether in the form of original mode of payment or store credit, will be processed within 5-7 working days from
3.1.1 The User providing the appropriate account details in case of a cash refund;
3.1.2 Receipt of the Product by the Company.
3.2 Cash refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment. However there will be no refunds in cash, even if the original payment was made in cash.
3.3 There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any kind of discounts were applied to the order.
3.4 Refund is applicable only if a purchase is made by logging into Your account
3.5 In case of payments via an online mode, the User will opt for a chargeback (return of money to the payer i.e. the customer of a transaction) only if:
3.5.1 The User is eligible for refund as per these Terms
3.5.2 Despite being eligible, we have been unable to refund such money to the User’s account within the timeline set out herein.
